Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Ring account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return.
Print Prepaid Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your Ring device, including all mounting hardware and cables, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
